This license governs the integration of the Real-time Adaptive Transmission Architecture and the use of S.A.I.D. (Sub-Atomic Information Density) grains. By accessing this protocol, you acknowledge the binding terms of the 0xBF mandate.

◈ 1. LICENSE TIERS

Corporate	Startups/SMEs	2.0 SOL	Unlimited Grains. Commercial API access.
Enterprise	Google/Samsung/Global	10+ SOL	Hardware-level firmware integration.

◈ 2. THE 0xBF MANDATE

By accepting this license, the user agrees that:

Integrity: All data must be watermarked with the 0xBF constant to ensure protocol truth.
Transduction: The user is granted a non-exclusive right to transduce data into 32-byte grains.
Ownership: R.A.T.A. Systems retains all rights to the underlying physics of the S.A.I.D. protocol.

◈ 3. VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT

A license is only considered ACTIVE when a transaction is verified on the Solana Mainnet-Beta to the Treasury Address:

◈ 4. RESTRICTED USES

This license prohibits the use of R.A.T.A. v3 for:

Reverse-engineering the 0xBF constant.
Creating "Fake Grains" that do not follow the transduction math.
Using the protocol for malicious data obfuscation.

◈ 5. TERMINATION

Failure to maintain the 0xBF signal integrity or non-payment of annual Enterprise fees will result in the immediate De-calibration of your API keys.
